SHIPPING & RETURNS
Do you offer free shipping?
Orders $75+ qualify for free shipping. Orders that do not meet this threshold incur a standard delivery fee.
How much does shipping cost?
FREE STANDARD SHIPPING
Free standard shipping offers apply to cart totals before taxes with a total of $75+ shipping within the US (excluding Alaska, Hawaii, and other US territories).
EXPRESS / EXPEDITED SHIPPING
Express or expedited orders placed before 12PM EST will ship same day. Orders placed on the weekends will ship the following Monday.

How quickly will I receive my order?
Orders are shipped from our Mooresville, NC warehouse weekdays Monday-Friday. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days of the purchase date. Allow 4-9 business days for ground delivery.
Orders placed on the weekend will be processed on Monday, with the exception of federal holidays. Please note, expedited or express shipments placed before 12PM PST will ship the same business day.
What happens if my package gets lost or damaged?
LOST PACKAGES
Sometimes carriers experience delays without updating tracking. If your package hasn’t moved for 7 days from the last tracking update, we’re happy to look into a replacement.
If your order is considered lost, please email us at service@nataliewooddesigns.com with your order number and any details — we’re here to help and will take care of you.
DAMAGED PACKAGES
We're sorry to hear your order arrived damaged. Please email us at service@nataliewooddesigns.com within 24 hours of delivery and include photos of the item and packaging. Once we review everything we'll make it right with a replacement or refund.
Can I update my shipping address?
We are unable to guarantee any changes to your order once it has been submitted; however, we will do our best to accommodate your request if possible.
If you need to make any changes to your order, please contact our customer service team as soon as possible.
What is your Return Policy?
We offer returns for a full refund within 14 days of the delivery date and exchanges or store credit within 30 days of the delivery date.
Please Note: We do not offer returns on "FINAL SALE" items, "GIFT WITH PURCHASE" items, or international shipments.
All returns must have their original tags intact and attached to the item(s) for a refund or exchange to be processed.
Note: All returns must be unworn and have no visible signs of wear or damage. If our customer service team deems that your item has been worn, the return will not be processed and the item will be shipped back to the original shipping address.
Please allow up to 7 business days from when we receive your return for your return to be processed. Return processing begins after the return is delivered to us. After your return has been processed, you will receive an email with a refund notification. Depending on your financial institution, it may take up to 10 business days for the funds to be available in your account and it may take an additional billing cycle to see the funds on your billing statement.
If your purchase was made at a Natalie Wood Designs retailer, you will need to return your item at the point of purchase.

Exclusions to Return Policy
Final sale items are not eligible to be returned or exchanged. These items include: Pieces which can be found on the SALE page, pieces purchased using a discount code of 25% off or greater, or free gifts during BOGO offers.

How do I make a return?
Start your return by emailing your order number and a brief explanation to service@nataliewooddesigns.com.
Once approved, you'll receive a return label to ship your merchandise back. Please note, a $5.95 restocking fee applies to returns to help cover processing costs. We appreciate your understanding!
All merchandise must have have their original tags intact and attached to the item(s) for a refund or exchange to be processed.
Once received, returns are processed within 7 business days.
Can I track my package?
All customers receive a confirmation email with tracking information when the order has shipped.
All orders are passed off to a third-party courier. Orders are shipped with the United Stated Postal Service or United Parcel Service.

How do I care for my jewelry?
To keep your Natalie Wood Designs pieces looking their best, we recommend you follow these easy and simple steps:
- Remove your pieces before showing or swimming
- Put your jewelry on last! Avoid contact with skincare products by avoiding contact with lotions, creams, and perfumes
We plate our pieces with a layer of gold that is 20x the industry standard and use a protective coating to prevent tarnishing. These steps will help extend the life of your piece.
Do you offer a warranty?
We stand behind our products, but more importantly, we stand behind our customers. If a Natalie Wood Designs piece fails during normal wear within 60 days of delivery date due to a defect in material or workmanship, we will repair the piece at no cost.
What materials do you use?

Natalie Wood Designs' gold and silver plated jewelry is made of hypoallergenic brass coated in 14K gold and sterling silver. Each piece is lead free and nickel free and has a top layer of anti-tarnish e-coating. We plate our pieces with a layer of gold that is 20x the industry standard and use this protective coating to prevent tarnishing.
Natalie Wood Designs' handbags are made of the highest quality vegan leathers.
