All of our jewelry is crafted using hypoallergenic brass that is lead and nickel free. All pieces are heavily plated in 14K gold, rhodium, or rose gold and have an additional layer of e-coating to extend the life of the piece. All of the gemstones we use are ethically sourced and hand-selected. Each gemstone product description designates the type of stone used.

Because our fashion jewelry is 14K gold, rhodium, or rose gold plated over brass, it is possible that the plating will fade over time due to continuous wear. However, our pieces have been known to last years with proper care. We suggest following our jewelry care guide to extend the life of your pieces by avoiding contact with lotions, soaps, perfumes, and other body products. Removing jewelry before bathing, exercising, swimming, or washing your hands. And gently cleaning your pieces with a soft cloth after each wear and storing them safely to avoid scratches.
Yes, if the damage is due to normal wear and you've followed our jewelry care instructions, we are happy to offer repairs free of charge within 6 months of purchase. Please note that we are unable to process requests for jewelry purchased at a discount. If your item was purchased from one of our retail partners, please contact the retailer directly about your repair. We unfortunately cannot process requests due to neglecting our jewelry care instructions. To submit a request email us at email@example.com and provide proof of purchase.

We hope you love your Natalie Wood Designs purchase, but in the event which you are unhappy we offer returns and exchanges for orders shipped within the continental United States. Items eligible for return must be postmarked within 10 days from the date of purchase. Items eligible for exchange must be postmarked within 14 days form the date of purchase. All orders ship without an invoice or receipt. Instead, you will receive a receipt of purchase via the email you used when submitting your order. If you need the order to be sent with a receipt, please mention this in the notes section at checkout.
Yes! All orders are shipped with gift-ready packaging. Orders are shipped with (1) complimentary wooden box and a jewelry pouch for every piece ordered. At checkout you will have the option to add additional gift packaging.
