Using a quick, painless, and safe micro-welding process, our jewelry artists spark the chain ends together, creating a seamless, low-maintenance accessory you can wear “permanently”. We fit your chain in store and join its ends without a clasp. You can also choose a traditional clasp if you prefer a removable piece.

Yes! Your piece is made for everyday wear, suitable for swimming, showering, and exercising. We use 14k gold filled, sterling silver, and solid 14k yellow or white gold materials for lasting beauty.

Frequent chlorine exposure and harsh chemicals may affect these materials over time, and sterling silver may occasionally need polishing. For frequent pool swimmers, we suggest choosing a clasped piece due to repeated chlorine exposure weakening even solid gold.

Yes! We offer a large, curated selection of chains and charms available in-store, along with optional clasps for those who prefer a non-permanent piece.

With proper care, your piece can last for years.

Gold-filled chains have a bonded layer of gold over a base metal. Solid 14k gold is a gold alloy throughout. They are different materials with different prices; select the finish that suits your style and budget.

We require a fine jewelry deposit if requesting 14k gold, white gold, or diamond pieces. This ensures your selected materials are available for your visit. 

To begin, choose your design first from our fine jewelry collection. Before deposit payment, you'll be able to review availability, the estimated jewelry price, and special-order terms. A clasped piece can be made to a selected length and shipped once availability and pricing are confirmed. A permanent, clasp-free piece requires an in-person fitting.

Every NWD permanent jewelry piece includes one complimentary initial fit adjustment within 30 days, plus one complimentary reweld or fit adjustment within one year of purchase.

Simply bring your original piece back to us. Additional rewelds or fit adjustments, including services for jewelry purchased elsewhere, are $15. Added chain and replacement components are priced separately.
