No matter where your permanent jewelry was purchased, we’re happy to reweld or adjust your piece. For Natalie Wood Designs pieces, we offer (1) complimentary reweld or refit within 1 year of purchase.
Reweld or fit adjustment service: $15
(payable at time of service)Most rewelds and refittings are quick, but we alot 20 minutes per appointment in case you would like to add a charm or upgrade your chain while you're here
Fit Adjustments
We can adjust your piece for a smaller fit during your appointment by removing chain links.
If additional length is needed, we’re happy to add a charm, clasp, or new chain. Additional materials are priced accordingly; service is included with any added purchase.

Permanent jewelry is custom-fitted, clasp-free jewelry—bracelets, anklets, or necklaces—welded together directly on the body for continuous wear.
Using a quick, painless, and safe micro-welding process, our jewelry artists spark the chain ends together, creating a seamless, low-maintenance accessory you can wear “permanently”.

Does it hurt?
Not at all. The process is quick, safe, and completely painless.
How long does it last?
With proper care, your piece can last for years.
Can I shower/swim with it?
Yes! Our pieces are designed for everyday wear—shower, swim, and live in them.
What chains do you offer?
We offer a wide variety of solid 14k yellow gold, 14k yellow gold-filled, and sterling silver chains and charms.
Note, stainless steel chains and charms are available for party, pop-up, and event bookings. Inquire about booking a party here.
Do you offer charms & clasps?
Yes! We offer a large, curated selection of chains and charms available in-store, along with optional clasps for those who prefer a non-permanent piece.
Do I need an appointment?
We recommend booking ahead—appointments ensure your spot.
A non-refundable $10 credit card deposit is required to secure your spot, and will be deducted off the final cost of your jewelry.
Walk-ins are not guaranteed.
Can I book you for a private event?
Yes! We offer private permanent jewelry experiences both in-store and on-location.
Whether you’re planning a girls’ night, birthday celebration, bachelorette party, corporate event, or charity function, our team creates a seamless, elevated experience your guests will love.
Can you fix a piece I purchased somewhere else?
Yes—of course.
Whether your piece was purchased with us or elsewhere, we can reweld or adjust it for you during a quick in-store appointment. For Natalie Wood Designs pieces, we offer 1 complimentary rewelds or fit adjustment within one year of purchase.
For all other pieces, our standard service fee is $15.
How do I remove it if needed?
You can easily remove it with scissors or nail clippers if needed.
(we also offer clasps in case you prefer to have your piece removable)
What if it breaks?
We’ve got you. We offer 1 complimentary reweld within a year of your purchase.
We also offer repairs—even if your piece was purchased elsewhere.
