Order Processing
All orders placed Monday-Friday during normal business hours will be processed immediately and shipped within 1-2 business day(s).
Orders placed on Saturdays and Sundays will be processed the following business day.
US Shipping Rates
Natalie Wood Designs offers the following methods of shipping within the U.S. Unfortunately, we cannot ship to international addresses using the below methods.

(Orders must be submitted before 2PM PST, Monday-Friday to go out the same business day. Orders placed after this time will ship the following business day.)
International Shipping Rates
Currently, the only international country that we ship to is Canada. The shipping cost for international delivery is automatically generated at checkout when you select your country. Please note that the delivery estimates vary greatly, but typically arrive within 7-14 days. Natalie Wood Designs has no control over the transit times for international shipments. Please note that all customs duties and taxes that may be charged when the package arrives to its destination country are the purchaser/customer's responsibility.
Please note that all international orders are FINAL SALE and cannot be returned.
Order Tracking
As soon as your order is placed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email that includes tracking information. At any time if you would like an update on your order status, you can contact us or visit the USPS or UPS tracking site and enter the tracking number that was provided to you.
If you do not receive a confirmation email within 72 hours of placing your order, please contact us.
Returns
We hope you absolutely love your Natalie Wood Designs purchase, but in the event which you are unhappy with your purchase we offer returns and exchanges. Please see information and requirements below for submitting a return request.
Any item(s) purchased through the Natalie Wood Designs online store that are eligible for return can be returned for a refund, store credit, or exchange if sent back within 10 days of the receipt of product. Items are eligible for an exchange up to 30 days after the receipt of product.
- An item is eligible to be returned only if it is unworn, in its original condition, and without defects or damage. We thoroughly inspect all items for defect and damage prior to shipment. Item(s) that are damaged due to the buyers' negligence and/or use will not be accepted. If you receive item(s) that are damaged, please contact our customer care team immediately.
- All of our jewelry is tagged with a tamper proof tag so that you may try on your pieces at home, but if this tag is removed it will not be eligible for return.
- All packaging materials must be included with the return - earring/jewelry card(s), jewelry pouch(es), wooden box(s), and jewelry care card.
- Your return must be postmarked within 7 days of the receipt of product.
Please note that sale items and items used with a discount code are final sale and not eligible for return.
- Items received as a free gift, associated with a gift with purchase promotion, are not eligible for return.
- Only items purchased through the Natalie Wood Designs online store are eligible for return. If you purchased the item(s) through an independent retailer, please contact them to learn their return policy.
