Are all items in-stock or are they custom made?
All item(s) are in-stock and ready to be shipped out typically the same day your order is placed.  Keep in mind that orders placed after 12PM PST will ship out the following business day.  The only exception is our custom engravable pieces, which typically take 7-14 days to produce.

When can I expect my order to be delivered?
All item(s) ship directly from our studio in Spokane, Washington.  Orders typically ship the same day the order is placed.  Orders placed after 12PM PST will ship out the following business day.

Please keep in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. 

  • USPS First Class: Arrives in 4-8 business days.
  • USPS Priority: Arrives in 1-3 business days.
  • UPS Ground: Arrives in 2-5 business days.
  • UPS 2nd Day Air: Arrives in 2 business days.

What material is the jewelry made of?
All of our jewelry, with the exception of our engravable pieces, is made out of hypoallergenic brass that is lead and nickel free.  These pieces are plated in 14K gold, rose gold, rhodium, and gunmetal and all have an additional e-coating layer to extend the life of the piece.  We use semi-precious and lab-created gemstones and we take great pride in creating and sourcing quality custom stones.

For our engravable pieces we use sterling silver, gold-filled, and rose gold filled metal.

Can I wear your jewelry if I have sensitivity to metals?
Yes! (Cue the dance moves!) We take special care in making our pieces with quality metals.  All of our jewelry is made out of hypoallergenic brass and is lead and nickel free.  One of our favorite emails to receive is customers who have metal sensitivity raving about being able to wear our jewelry!

What is the lifetime of your pieces?
Great care goes into the design phase of our pieces, choosing quality metals and materials.  With your personal jewelry care, our pieces last for years. Keep in mind that everyone’s skin is different, which can affect the wear of the jewelry.

To keep your jewelry looking as beautiful as you:

  • Gently clean your jewelry with a soft cloth after each wear.  This will help maintain the jewelry’s shine! Do not use any cleaning agent or water.
  • Avoid contact with lotions, soaps, perfumes, and other body products.
  • Remove your jewelry before bathing, exercising, swimming, or washing your hands.
  • Due to the delicate nature of the stones, be gentle when storing your jewelry.
  • Keep your jewelry in the complimentary jewelry pouch when not wearing to avoid scratches.  It also serves as a great travel bag!

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Once an online order has been placed our team begins fulfilling it immediately.  Keep in mind orders placed before 12PM PST are shipped same day.  If you do request a modification, the request must be made in writing to and if it has not been shipped at the time the email is received we are happy to assist!  For immediate questions, you can call us at 214-288-0912 during normal business hours.

Do you offer gift receipts?

All orders ship without invoices or receipts.  If you need the order to be sent with a receipt that does not reveal the cost, please mention that in the notes section when placing the order. If you would like to include a special brief message to the recipient, you may include that in the notes section as well!

Do you offer gift packaging?

All orders arrive in gift ready packaging.  You’ll receive one (1) of our signature wooden boxes.  You’ll also receive one (1) jewelry bag with each jewelry item purchased.  If you need additional boxes, you can find them here.

How do I add a promo/discount/giftcard code to my order?

On the shopping bag page, on the bottom left section of the screen there is an area under “Have a promotional code?” Enter your promo/discount/giftcard code in this box and then click Apply Coupon.  Only one code may be used per transaction, and often sale items are excluded from discount codes.

What is your return policy?

We hope you absolutely love your Natalie Wood Designs piece, but in the event which you are unhappy with your purchase we offer free returns and exchanges for shipments within the United States.

Any item(s) purchased through that are eligible for return can be returned for a refund, store credit, or exchange if postmarked within seven (7) days of the receipt of product.

My jewelry broke!  Can you fix it?
Absolutely! If the damage is due to normal wear we are happy to fix it free of charge within six (6) months of purchase.  Contact us for further instruction at  If the damage occurs after the time frame, we are still happy to offer our services for a minimal fee.

I’m getting married!  Do you offer a discount for bridal parties?
Absolutely!  If you purchase 5 or more of a single item (same stone, same metal), we offer 15% off!  Email us at and we’ll be happy to assist!

Do you ship overseas and to P.O. Boxes?

Yes!  We can ship your package anywhere that can accept deliveries.  For international shipments, email us at for assistance.  For shipments to P.O. Boxes, please make sure to select a USPS shipping option, since UPS cannot ship to P.O. Boxes.
